Data we process
When you buy something, we process that data to fulfill that order. Think of e-books, shirts, etc.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email adress and name.

When you place a comment or upload media on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser your agent string to help spam detection.
When you use our contact form or mail us, well, we use the data to respond to your inquiry.
In other words, your input results in sometype of data output.
What we use data for
Depending on the data, we use it for different basis. Generally we use it to enhance your experience with the content we provide here. Which can also be ads or commercial activation. Just keep in mind we respect privacy and prefer to collect data that cannot identify you (aggregated information).
For website visitors, we use the data to analyze the use of our website, and we may use your profile to show ads on other websites. We do this on the basis to be able to analyze how our website is used, where visitors come from, what may cause people to spend more or less time on the website and so on.
For personally identifiable information the usage varies. When you sign up for the newsletter, we send you regular newsletter about articles posted. On every single mail you get from us, you have the possibility to unsubscribe. When you buy something, we will use the data to fulfill the order. We may place testimonials with your consent, which you can ask to remove, revised or updated at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whom can have a peek the data
You can request us at any time to inform you about the data we process. You can request us to rectify, restrict or erase your data. Moreover, we process your data based on your consent and you can withdraw your consent at any given time. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority for unresolved complaints.
We do not actively share data with any third-parties, other than data processors acting on our behalf and for analytics and advertisements purposes.
How long do we store data
Seven is the magical number. Generally we store data for seven years, unless you specifically have required to delete data pertaining to your personal identifiable information. This can also be by just unsubscribing to our news-letter.
The exception is when you leave a comment, testimonial or any other type public information. This data is stored indefinitely, until you ask us to remove it.
How do we protect data
The best protection is to not have any data. We only use the bare minimum data to provide you with the best experience possible.
Other than that there is very limited access to data and the data we collect is encrypted.
Keep in mind that cookies like Google Analytics, they may disclose your data to other parties. Also the information they have gathered may be moved around to other servers in the world, where data is not taken seriously.
Similarly when you subscribe to our newsletter, the data may be transported to other servers and usage of our partner (Mailchimp) cannot be monitored by us.
